🚚 SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

• All orders are processed and dispatched on the next working day.
• No dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

Packaging

• All products are shipped in 2-metre reinforced cartons.
• All products are fragile and therefore packed with protective fillers and shock-absorbing supports.
• Off-cut pieces or padding may be placed inside the box to prevent damage.

Delivery Time

• Standard UK delivery: 2–5 working days (depending on courier).
• Delays caused by courier services are outside our control.

Couriers

• Couriers may vary depending on the item and destination.
• For long parcels, DX, DHL or UPS are typically used.

Shipping Damage Warning (Emphasized)

  • Inspect your package upon delivery.

  • Never accept a package with visible damage.

  • Accepting a damaged package means you acknowledge the damage, and compensation from the courier cannot be claimed.

  • If damaged, refuse delivery and return the product directly.

    Cargo Damage Warning

    • Inspect your parcel upon receipt.

    • Do not accept damaged packages.

    • Accepting a damaged package means you accept the damage, and cargo insurance will not cover it.

    • Damaged packages must be returned immediately.
