Order Processing
• All orders are processed and dispatched on the next working day.
• No dispatch on weekends or public holidays.
Packaging
• All products are shipped in 2-metre reinforced cartons.
• All products are fragile and therefore packed with protective fillers and shock-absorbing supports.
• Off-cut pieces or padding may be placed inside the box to prevent damage.
Delivery Time
• Standard UK delivery: 2–5 working days (depending on courier).
• Delays caused by courier services are outside our control.
Couriers
• Couriers may vary depending on the item and destination.
• For long parcels, DX, DHL or UPS are typically used.
Shipping Damage Warning (Emphasized)
