At Fast Decor, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You may return any item within 14 days of delivery. A 20% administration and handling fee will be applied to all returns, provided that:

The item is unopened,

The item is in "as new" condition,

And you have notified us within the 30-day return window.
Goods Damaged in Transit
Please inspect your parcel immediately upon delivery.

If there is any visible damage to the packaging, sign for it as "DAMAGED" and contact us immediately.

Shortages or damages must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order.

Upon receiving the returned goods, we will issue either a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.
Returns Process
You may return items that are damaged, faulty, or unwanted by following the steps below:

Items must be packed properly, in the same condition and packaging in which they were received.

Damaged boxes or products will incur deductions from your refund.

The buyer is responsible for:

Returning the item(s) securely,

Covering both outgoing and return shipping fees.

Once the returned goods are received by our warehouse, all items will be inspected.
The following fees will be deducted from your refund:-
20% administration and handling fee,

Fees for any damaged products,

Original shipping fee (if applicable).

After inspection, the remaining refund amount will be issued to your original payment method.
This completes the return process.
How to Initiate a Return

Notify us of your intention to return the item within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be received back to us no later than 30 days after the delivery date.

Please include a note inside the package stating your reason for return.

All returns are made at the customer’s own risk.

In case of a lost return parcel, we will require proof of postage.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service and keeping all postage receipts.
