Return & Refund Policy – Damaged Products and Return Conditions

At Fast Decor, your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are here to help. You may return any item within 14 days of delivery.

  • A 20% administration and handling fee applies to all returns, provided that:

    1. The item is unopened.

    2. The item is in “as new” condition.

    3. You notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of delivery.

Goods Damaged in Transit

  • Inspect your parcel immediately upon delivery.

  • If there is any visible damage to the package, do not accept it.

  • If you accept a damaged package, you are considered to have accepted the damage, and cargo insurance cannot cover the damage.

  • In case of damage, return the package immediately.

  • Shortages or damaged goods must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order.

Returns Process

  1. Items must be packed in the same condition and packaging as received.

  2. Damaged boxes or products will result in deductions from your refund.

  3. The buyer is responsible for:

    • Returning the item(s) securely

    • Covering both outgoing and return shipping fees

  4. Once returned to our warehouse:

    • 20% administration and handling fee

    • Deductions for damaged products

    • Original shipping fee (if applicable)
      will be subtracted, and the remaining refund will be issued to your original payment method.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned to our warehouse no later than 14 days after delivery.

  • Include a note inside the package stating your reason for the return.

Important Notes

  • All returns are made at the customer’s own risk.

  • For lost return parcels, proof of postage will be required.

  • We strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipping and keeping all receipts.
